A long, low house set across the slope of its site, holding the view in one direction and privacy in the other.
The site falls gently towards open ground. The house is set along the contour rather than across it, which keeps the earthworks light and gives every principal room the same outlook. The approach side is deliberately closed.
Design intent

One elevation gives everything away; the other gives nothing. The plan is the hinge between them.
Spatial planning

A single-loaded corridor along the closed edge serves all the main rooms, so nothing occupies the view frontage except the rooms that deserve it.

Interiors are still in development. Material direction is set towards stone floors and lime-finished walls.
