These terms cover your use of the Archethos website. They do not cover any design, consultancy or construction engagement — that work is governed by a separate written agreement between Archethos and the client.

The pages here describe the studio's disciplines and approach. Project pages illustrate the kind of work the studio undertakes; imagery and descriptions are used to communicate design intent and are not an offer, a specification or a guarantee of a particular result.

Nothing on this website should be read as professional advice for your specific site. Advice for a particular property requires a survey and an engagement.

Sending a project inquiry does not create a contract or oblige either side to proceed. It starts a conversation. Any engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement setting out scope, fees and programme.

The design of this website, its text, and the drawings and diagrams shown on it belong to Archethos unless stated otherwise. Photography may be licensed from third parties and remains the property of its owners. Please do not reproduce material from this site without asking first.

Where this site links to somewhere else, we do not control what that site publishes and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information.

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. We may change or remove content at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
